Ingredients: * 1 cup brown butter * 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1 tsp salt * 1 cup light brown sugar (packed) * 1/2 cup granulated sugar * 2 eggs * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 2 cups chocolate chunks Instructions: * Brown butter, let cool * In a bowl combine sugars, brown butter. Then eggs, vanilla * Add dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking soda) to the wet mixture. Mix * Add your chocolate chunks and fold into the dough * Using an ice cream scoop, portion your dough. I go about ice cream ball sized. If necisarry stick dough in fridge to cool a bit first. * Bake at 350 for 12? Minutes. If from frozen, stick in when oven almost ready and bake 15-16 till golden brown. Bake time may vary, bake till outside is golden brown * Let rest on tray 2-3 min then eat (or store)
